Lineups terms of use

Lineups (listed on the App Store as RinkNotes) is provided by Wispera AI Inc. These terms add to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to apps you get from the App Store or TestFlight. If the two disagree, Apple's agreement governs your licence to the app.

Using Lineups

• Lineups helps you plan lines and keep game notes. You decide who plays; the app's suggestions, such as filling the card by position, are only a starting point.
• Enter only players you coach, and only what you need to set a lineup. You are responsible for having your team's or league's permission to keep your roster, as you would on paper.
• Don't use the app to harass anyone, or to store information about people that you have no reason to hold.

Your information

What you enter stays yours and is kept on your iPhone, as the privacy policy describes. Keep your phone backed up if you want a copy: we don't hold one and can't restore it for you.

Test versions

Builds offered through TestFlight are for testing. They may have bugs, and features may change or be removed. Please report problems to hello@wispera.ai or through TestFlight's feedback.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, Wispera AI Inc. makes no warranties about it and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, arising from its use.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
